No, Skyblu Property Watch, LLC is not a property management company in that we do now market properties, handle tenants, and handle rental payments. The value of our Home Watch Service is having a peace of mind when your property is unattended or between occupants. Any issues we observe, we take photos and report them to you so you can make appropriate, timely decisions on the care of your investment. We have seen squatters occupy a home prior to closing. Could that be avoided if we visited that property regularly? This is why we say, "We step in when you step away."
